Frederick Achildiev, M.D.

Dr. Achildiev is a General Surgeon who joined our group in 2008.  He is a graduate of the First Moscow Medical Institute, Moscow, Russia and completed his internship and residency in Russia.  He was also a resident and Chief Resident at the Department of Surgery at North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Queens, New York.  Dr. Achildiev completed a Special Fellowship in General Surgery at the Queens Hospital Center in Queens, New York and a Minimally Invasive Fellowship at the Staten Island University Hospital.  Dr. Achildiev’s areas of interest are General Surgery and Laparoscopic Surgery.  He is a member of the Society of the American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons and an Associate Member of the American College of Surgeons.
